Lebenswelten Restaurations GmbH
wins Berlin Inclusion Award 2024 in the “Inclusive Training” category

We are delighted to have been awarded the Berlin Inclusion Prize 2024 in the “Inclusive Training” category. This award recognizes our long-standing commitment to vocational training for people with disabilities in the catering industry.

Since our foundation in 1986, we have made it our mission to train and employ people with and without disabilities together. As a recognized inclusion company, we currently employ 74 people, 30 of whom have a disability. We are particularly proud of our training work: over the past 37 years, we have trained 130 young people in catering professions. Our team currently includes eight trainees, five of whom have a disability.

This award confirms our approach that inclusion and vocational training can go hand in hand. We would like to thank the State Office for Health and Social Affairs and the Senate Department for Labor, Social Affairs, Equality, Integration, Diversity and Anti-Discrimination for this recognition.
We look forward to continuing to work with our team in the future to create inclusive training paths and offer people with different abilities career prospects.
