At Lebenswelten, we grill and smoke our wide array of options with the Meadow Creek BBQ Smoker. Over the course of many hours, beechwood smoke is used to prepare delicious meats at low temperatures. This allows our pulled pork and beef brisket to reach the ideal tenderness while remaining juicy and acquiring that typical smoked aroma.
Barbecuing indoors is also an option: at 800 º C, infrared-grilling technology allows a delightful crust to develop without having to deal with smoke. We grill vegetables, fruit, fish and seafood, and of course, a variety of meats. With dry-aged beef, we offer T-bones, Porterhouses, rump steaks, and top-notch Tomahawk rib eyes.
